Is there “enough” truly compatible accounting & legal software for the Mac?

Author: I have a potential tech support client that is starting his own law practice, and he wants to buy a Mac. I’ve seen accountant’s eyes bug out when they’re told the QuickBooks file they’re getting was created on a Mac. I know most software titles are written for the PC, but I also know Macs are more stable than PCs. Any thoughts?

accountants are usually not computer techs. they should not be afraid of mac files
