Hey! I’m 13 and I ‘ve been on the cheer squad nationals since I was 9 and I’ve been cheering since age 2. SMILE! THE MOST IMPRTANT THING! EVEN IF YOU FALL 10 TIMES OR MORE-SMILE UNTIL YOUR FACE HURTS
BE FLEXIBLE- FELXIBILITY ALWAYS HELPS WITH STUNTS-TUMBLING DANCES AND JUMPS.
SHOUT YOUR CHANTS AND CHEERS. YELL YOUR HEAD OFF. PRETEND SOMEBODY YOU HATE IS SITTING THERE. YELL AT THEM (but don’t look angry! yell and smile! see tip 1)
HAVE CONFIDENCE. GET OUT THERE AND DO YOUR THING GIRL! (boy?? sorry)
Most imprtant- after smiling I guess bt erm, they link- HAVE FUN! AND LOOK AS IF YOU ARE HAVING FUN! IF YOU’RE NOT- WHY ARE YOU TRYING OUT FOR THE TEAM?
