It is Illegal because you are not allowed to alter the software in any way. They merely give you license to use it in it’s retail form. And to change the software to make it portable would entail a considerable amount of work. You’d be much better off writing your own software.

i dont know actually it is legal or not. but this kind of software does exist.
i know Prayaya V3 can do that. the software itself is not changed actually.
