I need to transfer property to my daughter. I’ve gotten some really great advice here regarding to this issue. But could someone clarify
1. the difference between a grant deed transfer vs. quit claim. What are the advantages of one vs. the other.
2. Will my property be re-assessed for its property value once it’s transfered to a different person? Is there anyway to avoid reassessment?
3. Still mortgaging; so should I use the grant deed transfer forms or quit claim deed? Which is better in this case?

Guidelines:
1. If the only passage you can quote in the Bible is 1 Corinthians 6:12-13, 18-20, don’t bother quoting it. The passage says nothing related to the question.
2. Two people sharing their love in a monogamous relationship is not fornication; if it were, sex during marriage would also be fornication.
3. Statistics=lies. I don’t believe them, so don’t quote them.
4. Keep in mind marriage traditions when the books of the Bible were written were a lot looser than they are now.

What I’m basically asking is where in the Bible is it explicitly stated that two people living together in a loving, committed, monogamous relationship wrong, if they have not yet taken on the labels “husband” and “wife” or signed a slip of paper declaring this?
I didn’t mean to offend asking respondents to actually use their minds to come up with other than the same tired arguments. Still, Uncle Thesis did good with his quote, even if he actually proved my point. if you’re a Christian, everything you do is for His glory; why can’t it be God’s will for two people He has put together to do anything they can to be together even if they feel it’s too soon to marry?
I think Suzanne is taking her quote somewhat out of context. Jesus was not condemning the woman for her past “mistakes,” if they can be called that; the true point of their meeting comes in the later part of the dialogue, when He identifies himself as the Messiah. I’m not trying to find a “loop-hole;” God’s word means different things to different people. Realize, though, that you can’t take a tiny passage of a story and draw a conclusion on the whole story–you have to look at everything that’s being said.

What is the big difference between a Real Estate Company leasing a commercial property versus a property management company? It seems like its the same leasing idea (and contract?) but maybe with different tasks AFTER the lease is signed? Are the leasing fees/commissions usually the same? I guess I am trying to figure out why someone would go through a management company versus a real estate company or what really makes the difference?

My husband and I are about to start bankruptcy, but I would like to know how badly it will really affect our credit. I know we cannot do much for owning our own home for approximately two years, but what about other debts, like car loans? i am on a month to month paying 550 for a room in california it included utilities. Now that the economy went down hill i have to pay that 550 plus extra for utilities. i never resigned an agreement to pay more and if i did wouldn’t my original total be different, subtract what i used to pay for utilities and then add on the new total for utilities? thanks for the help
