I went online, completed a Certificate of Formation and then paid a $300 fee. I then took the Cert of Formation, a copy of my EIN to the bank to open an account. They say they need Articles of Incorporation. Where do I get those?

I am in the process of incorporating my business. I am choosing to do a corporation, but someone told me you had to have at least THREE officers in order to do that. Is that true? A friend of mine formed a corporation with only one officer (herself) which would be my situation.

I would like to form a Deleware corporation to do this because they don’t pay income taxes. It wont be an investment company or hedge fund, but it will be a trading company for myself, and yes, I already know that I can trade for myself in m own brokerage aaccount.Can anyone provide me with a plausable answer?
