I am considering leasing my mare, where do I start?

Author: I am considering leasing my mare to a gentleman that summers here in Montana to be used as a trail and pleasure horse. What is a fair price, and how do I handle the legalities? Please, only educated responses, I’m not looking for opinions or random comments. Thank you!

What would be the advantages of leasing over conventional credit of a new car?
I went to a car dealer and was explained both plans (leasing and conventional) The leasing plan offered a lower monthly payment. It looks like I can turn the can in at any time, so I don’t have to go on with the payment and get me a new car. I want to know if there are other advantages, or disadvantages over a conventional plan.

What is the big difference between a Real Estate Company leasing a commercial property versus a property management company? It seems like its the same leasing idea (and contract?) but maybe with different tasks AFTER the lease is signed? Are the leasing fees/commissions usually the same? I guess I am trying to figure out why someone would go through a management company versus a real estate company or what really makes the difference?

What strings are attached to leasing a car?

What are the laws on leasing commercial space in st louis missouri without a bathroom or electric available?
I have leased retail space and when we occupied it there were no running watter, no bathrooms even built, and no electric available. Now the landlord is trying to file a law suite against me for 6,000 worth of things thaty were not in our agreement. I am looking for any help finding laws that exist against leasing space to a tenent with out that space being up to code!
Is apartment leasing company liable to clean the stairs after the snow/ice?
My Apartment rental company in Arakansas did not clean the stairs after the snow/ice. In case someone slips on the staris because of this ice, does that make the leasing company liable for it?
Thanks for the answers. Yes, the apartment unit has 1st and 2nd floor. The stairs are in open. I do not want to sue them but I am concerned that I may slip with carring a 2 month old baby in a car seat from 2nd floor to parking.
