I was reading the documents filed by the Medical Board of California in attempt to remove Dr.Conrad Murray’s medical license.
They refer to Michael Jackson as “Patient, M.J.”
I was just wondering if it’s normal to use initials rather than full names, considering the initials can refer to many people?

are documents legal if signature person isn’t present to have a document notarized?
If a Power of Attorney takes documents to a notary and says I verify that signature but the person whose name is on the document is not present can the notary notarize it? Have been told to different answers to this .! yes as long as the notary knows the P.O.A. 2. yes because the P.O.A. verifys it and its an acknowldgement so even if the person isn’t present thats ok.
This would be under Wisconsin Law.
