A family member is going to finance the startup of my business. The agreed upon loan rate will be 7.0% due at the term of the loan in 5 years. For legal and tax purposes, is it worth going to an attorney to write up the contract or can I just enter the loan information into one of the free legal contract services(programs) on the internet? like in case of an agreement for consultancy services with a consortium headed by a foreign with a govt where negotiations held formed basis for entering into contract agreement, do the negotiation minutes are legally valid during execution of the consultancy project, if so the authority therefor?
