specifics of a legal business loan contract?

Author: A family member is going to finance the startup of my business. The agreed upon loan rate will be 7.0% due at the term of the loan in 5 years. For legal and tax purposes, is it worth going to an attorney to write up the contract or can I just enter the loan information into one of the free legal contract services(programs) on the internet? Do negotiaition documents prior to a contract agreement form an integral part legally?
like in case of an agreement for consultancy services with a consortium headed by a foreign with a govt where negotiations held formed basis for entering into contract agreement, do the negotiation minutes are legally valid during execution of the consultancy project, if so the authority therefor?

what do most legal documents look like?
im doing a ”fake” trial in science class and need to make a legal document *not a real one though* so how do they look,ect. or if you know where i can find a copy of dr. hoskwa’s legal document so he could go into Chisso corporation pipes and get sludge so he could run tests on cats that would be great thanks!

Hi. We r a small software company in India and are going to get our first outsourced development project from US. Which legal documents need to be formulated and signed by representatives of both the sides that puts us in safe position or atleast the other company can not pursue us once the software has been built to their satisfaction and shipped. is there a loan agreement form online for personal loan?
A friends wants to borrow money, but I want document in case something happens and funds are not paid back.
My son lives with me but I have no legal documents there isn’t any laws about moving to new states is there?
I am just wanting to move to SC from NC. There shouldn’t be any problem in doing this right. I mean I heard it might be considered kidnapping leaving the state. His mom maybe sees him once a month. He has lived with me for three years now. Just checking before I decide to purchase this house.
