are documents legal if signature person isn’t present to have a document notarized?

Author: If a Power of Attorney takes documents to a notary and says I verify that signature but the person whose name is on the document is not present can the notary notarize it? Have been told to different answers to this .! yes as long as the notary knows the P.O.A. 2. yes because the P.O.A. verifys it and its an acknowldgement so even if the person isn’t present thats ok.
This would be under Wisconsin Law.

Does anyone know about a legal document?

Can your ex-wife withhold your passport (or any other legal documents) even after requesting their return?
We recently separated and a lot of my gear is still at the family home. I want to move to another country and require my passport and other personal documents.
Am I entitled to get these or can she hold them till the divorce comes through?
Can a person under the age of 21 sign a legal document?
My 18 year ond daughter was told that she owes money for a lost item in our local volunteer fire department, with her not knowing the laws the department officals told her she had to sign a paper for repayment. We were told that she is still considered a minor and that the document is not legal. I need to find a law for New York State stating this.

Guardian help? Legal documents?
Ok so my mom is trying to move me to Colorado, and she has legal custody of me. I want to move in with my dad, but she is going to get an attorney to stop me from moving. Is there somewhere that I can get legal documents saying that I want to move in with my dad and not move out of state with my mom? Take note that I am in the middle of high school and I really don’t want to move..
