I rcvd a portion of the money but now he tells me the buyer wants out. He is renting the home to a sect 8 lady & he always pays the mtg late & this is going on my credit report. My name is still on the mtg but he says he owes me no info re his plans to find a new buyer. I believe he intends to sell at a higher price than agreed in our contract so he can make more money meanwhile he collects rent & pockets the difference after he pays the mtg. & I am left hanging. Since I signed the QCD to the lady in the contract he says I am no longer the owner. She is. I don’t understand how since we never closed on this deal. And since she wants to back out what happens to that deed? I just want the balance of my money & my name off the mtg. Any suggestions what I can do? The contract was to be concluded the end of August 2007. Can’t afford a high price lawyer. Please Help!!!!
I signed a contract with an evil sea witch. The contract sold my voice to her in return for giving me the legs to walk that I’ve always wanted. Since I signed the contract, she has unfairly changed the parameters of the contract without my consent, even attempting to steal my true love. What do I do?!
My employer terminated me with in the first month of my job. We had no legal contract No medical No labour card. Do i have that 6 month ban or being an engineer im exempted ?

Friend told me he thinks perpetuity in a contract in California isn’t legal.

The contracts are for my shared listing on a condo conversion. Total commission value of listing 2.3 million. My share should have been 23K. XBroker paid me for 2 before firing (no written explanation) I refused her sexual advances, she is older. NO office policy manual. Huge company does have corp. manual. It states a 30 day written notice and still the listings are to be paid at 50%. Is there a cheap way to take her to court? She has slept with others in the office, and now they are her pets!
I’m in a Right to work state. Still firing was retaliation of noncompliance with sexual advances and she is stealing my commission. The contract is with a billion dollar company that I brought in and she will continue to benefit from because of more business from my listing.
She also forced another to leave and she never paid him either. The office manager was refused a W2 because she never paid the taxes.
Clients are being told to use tax returns prepared by friend of friend. FRAUD
