I will be moving from Gainesville, Florida to Los Angeles and currently make $10/hour. I will be transferring within the same company just to a different location obviously. So I’m wondering if your pay is increased to accommodate for the difference. I’ve never lived outside of Florida so I’m not sure how that works.

property tax increases in California and saw that a change in ownership can trigger a higher tax!
I am very worried! Can I be reassessed after all these years?
Or do buyers not care about this at all? I would like to put in a deep soaking tub but we’re only planning on staying here another year or two. The tub costs about $2,000 plus installation. Right now there’s just a standard small tub in the bathroom. If you were looking at a home that had a deep soaking tub instead of a tiny shallow tub, would that be an attracting feature for you??
