What happens if my bankruptcy trustee isn’t making the payments to my creditors?

I am in chapter 13 bankruptcy that was confirmed in February. I have made all the required payments to my trustee since I filed last September. She has NOT made a payment to my mortgage company since March and now they want to forclose on my property. I gave my attorney all the payment receipts to prove I made them. Are there any repercussions to the trustee for not making the payments? She has over $6,000 of mine that she hasn’t paid to my mortgage company. What can we do?

Can you specify in a living will who you don’t want making medical decisions for you?

There was a recent question about family arguing about putting someone in a nursing home.
The question is, to whom does the medical staff listen? They do not know the family dynamics and history, and they don’t know which relatives don’t really have the patient’s best interest in mind. There are many cases of adult children being estranged for years, but if they show up when the parent is ill, there is the danger that hospital staff will listen to them. So, can a living will prevent them from having a say?

How can I increase basis in a partnership without making a capital contribution?

Would it be possible to loan money to the partnership through an entity which I control and personally guarantee that debt and then pay back the loan after the first of the year? Are there adverse consequences to doing that? I am fairly certain that the losses allocated to me will exceed my basis and I wanted to figure out a way to take advantage of this (legally) without putting more money into the partnership on a long term basis.
